Condition Treated: Used for treating high blood pressure. By lowering blood pressure, it helps in preventing future heart attacks and strokes. 
Usage: Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telma-Beta 25 Tablet ER is to be taken with food.
Side Effects: Headache, weakness, dizziness, decreased blood pressure,  increased potassium level in blood, orthostatic hypotension (occasionally with syncope), breathlessness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and fatigue.
