Shipping policy

Delivery Timelines:
Estimated delivery times, which can range from 4 days to a week or more. It is dependent on the delivery partners. 

Order Tracking:
Customers usually receive a tracking link and ID after dispatch to monitor the progress of their shipment on partner platforms.
Non Acceptance of Delivery:
Customer is fully responsible to ensure that it accepts the delivery. In case of return of the package charges would be deducted as per Cancellation and Refund policy.

Exchange of Prescription Medicines:
E-pharmacies handling prescription medications often require a valid prescription and may have additional verification processes. Incase, prescription does not match the order then only the part that matches can be shipped on confirmation by customer.
