Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled before the product is dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team through email or WhatsApp with your order details.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may refuse delivery at the time of arrival, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed after the product is returned to our facility, subject to verification. 
  • Cancellation Charges:
    In case of order cancellation, charges may be deducted based on actuals, including payment gateway fees or logistics costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Return Policy

Returning prescription medicines is not permitted due to safety, storage, and regulatory restrictions under applicable laws. However, returns or exchanges are accepted under specific circumstances mentioned below.

Eligible Reasons for Returns/Exchanges

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Product:
    If the product delivered is different from what was ordered, or if it arrives damaged, you can initiate a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
    Please provide images of the product and packaging for verification.
  2. Short Expiry Products:
    Products delivered with a remaining shelf life of less than 30 days from the date of receipt are eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 working days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:
In cases of order cancellation or return, charges may be deducted based on actuals, including handling, shipping, or payment gateway charges as applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription medicines (except in the cases mentioned above)
  • Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin, injections).
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
