Condition Treated: Tablet is used to treat resistant hypertension, chronic cardiac failure, and hepatic cirrhosis. It is commonly used when fluid buildup (edema) or high blood pressure cannot be controlled by a single medicine. 
Usage: Oral Tablet preferably with breakfast and/or lunch along with a full glass of water. Avoid taking it in the evening to prevent nighttime urination.
Side Effects: Include electrolyte disturbances, hyponatremia (low sodium level in blood), dehydration, and hypovolemia (decreased blood volume).
