Condition Treated: Used to manage heart failure, particularly in patients recovering from a heart attack.
Usage: Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Side Effects: fatigue, headache, slow heart rate, dizziness, and nausea.
